Pharmacovigilance is the process of surveilling, monitoring, reporting, and mitigating adverse events of medications and products. It includes the detection, evaluation, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problems.

How Will The Training Run?

The Training Runs For 10 Weeks

Classes are held for 10 Saturdays inside a members-only platform that you gain access to upon successful registration.

Training Delivery Method

Classes are delivered via recorded video sessions on our members-only website every Saturday. The catch-22 is that all assignments must be submitted no later than 5 days after the class to gain access to the next class.

About Our Instructors

The Pharmacovigilance Made Easy (PME) Course is facilitated by a team of medical professionals who are physicians by training. Some of them had their residency in obstetrics and gynecology while others had theirs in oncology before transitioning into the Pharma Space as Senior drug safety physicians and Pharmacovigilance and Safety Specialists. You will be learning from their cumulative wealth of experience.

Will I be able to use this knowledge to work?

Absolutely! This is hands-on, practical knowledge that you need to function in this space.

How soon will I get a job after the training?

We pride ourselves in our students getting a job within the first six months after completing the training. Keep in mind that the interview process can take anywhere from 3-6 steps and that comes up to a few months.

What is the income potential in this industry?

Generally, the market rate for a drug safety physician is a base salary of between $240-280k This is exclusive of the 22-25% annual bonus and other incentives like the sign-on bonus. (we have had students make even higher than this).

Will you get a job for me?

No, we will not. You need to have a skin in the game and apply for jobs yourself. We will teach you what roles to apply for on LinkedIn and how to go about it.

Do you have on-the-job support?

Yes, we do. At a fee separate from the cost of the training.

Can I do two jobs together?

Yes, you can. Contract roles and full-time roles are available within the industry. So you can choose what’s best for you. We generally advise students. to go with contract roles.

What exactly will I be doing as a drug safety physician?

As a drug safety physician, you are responsible for maintaining the safety profile of your product, throughout the lifecycle of the product. That is both in the clinical trial phase and in the post marketing phase.

Do I need to be a physician or a doctor to work in this space?

No you do not. However, you need to either be a pharmacists or a nurse because this industry is only for doctors, pharmacists, nurses and life science graduates.

How much does the training cost

The Pharmacovigilance Made Easy Training is a $7,500 program. But we have a current discount that brings it down to $5,000.

Can you reduce the payment or can you give me a discount

The program is already discounted at $5,000 instead of S7,500

Do you have a payment plan?

Usually, we don’t but in extremely rare cases, we could consider it but on a personal basis for people whose situation matches the need for it. Note however, that it generally costs more when you take the payment plan option.
